Stepping into the center is in itself a calming experience. The atmosphere is a respite form the bustle of Braddock Ave. I leave with a peaceful outlook and a healthier body.

Turkey Pizza Recipe: A Healthy and Filling Lunch or Dinner

(4) 8” tortillas
2 cups deli smoked turkey, diced
(1) 11 oz. can mexicorn, drained
(1) 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed & drained
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
-Preheat oven to 350. Place tortillas on greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Heat turkey, mexicorn and beans in oiled skillet. Stir in lemon juice. Spoon mixture on tortillas, top with cheese, and bake for 2 more minutes.
