-L.N., Karate Instructor What will a Cellular Expansion and Healing Session be like? *An Individual Cellular Expansion session is offered as well as a session which combines both Cellular Expansion and Healing Massage.
Individual Sessions are 45 Minutes in length and can be done in the office or from a distance.
Combination Sessions are an hour and forty-five minutes including a full cellular expansion session and a full hour massage.
In the office:
At the beginning of a session you will speak with Nikki for a few minutes discussing who you are and any special needs you may have for the session. After your discussion you will lay on a bodywork table fully clothed (unless the session is combined with Massage)
and Nikki will have you take a few moments to go inside of yourself and find your intention*. After sharing this with her you will just be able to relax and enjoy. Nikki will have her hands resting on various spots of your body, such as your ankles, during the session without moving until she feels a shift within your system that draws her to move to another area of your body until completion. Experiences during the session vary greatly for each individual, as well as each individual session. There will be time at the end of the session to discuss your experience as well as ask any questions which may come up.
*What is an intention?
Your intention helps both you and Nikki to have a better understanding of what it is that you are looking to achieve from the session and create in your life. By setting your intention you also create more of an opening and willingness within your system to transform.
It is helpful to begin to have an awareness of your intention before coming in for a session, but is not necessary as this is just a breath below the surface. It’s just a matter of being willing to listen to what your system is asking for.
From a distance: *Distance sessions are ideal for children, those individual who can not come into the office, or anyone with a very tight schedule. At the beginning of the session you and Nikki will speak on the phone to reach your intention, once given you will get off the phone and lay down to receive the energy transmission in a comfortable place. At the end of the session Nikki will call you and you can discuss your session. We look forward to supporting you in reaching your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health goals!
