DIY All Purpose Cleaner

In an effort to reduce some of the toxic chemicals and preservatives in my household, I've been searching and experimenting with some new recipes to make homemade common household products. Here is one of my favorites so far:

DIY All Purpose Cleaner

My favorite is a simple all purpose cleaner. I use this regularly in my kitchen and bathroom. Start by mixing equal parts of vinegar and water in a spray bottle, leaving a little room on top to blend in the essential oils. I use 20-30 drops of lemon essential oil and 5-10 drops of tea tree essential oil in a spray bottle. The vinegar is great for cutting grease and eliminating hard water stains. The lemon oil not only smells great, it also has antibacterial, anti fungal, and anti viral properties. I use the tea tree oil for its anti microbial, antiseptic, antiviral, anti fungal, and bactericide properties. I personally use less tea tree oil than lemon oil because my skin is more sensitive to the tea tree. However, I encourage you to experiment and use the essential oils you like the most. Always shake the bottle before spraying to disperse the oils throughout.

Lymphatic Drainage

I am now pleasantly surprised, years later that it is something I'm able to do often because of...I don't know, probably many reasons. Clients have a better understanding of their bodies or at least a curiosity of how to do better for themselves.
