The Breath as Connection: Guided Meditation with the Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual Body

As we start into week two of PCCHH being closed due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) I felt drawn to reach out with a video to have a moment of connection with you, and have a way to still offer you some stress relief while we are closed.

In this 17:31 minute video I will introduce myself to those of you I have never met in person, and then share some guided relaxation with the intention of to creating more ease and peace in your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual systems during this stressful time.

Making this video was definitely outside of my comfort zone, but I'm always looking for personal growth opportunities, so here goes!
