Tai Chi For Health 8 Week Series at PCCHH

Session 2: Saturday’s 5:30-6:30pm

Cost for series: $96 (Class size limited to 5)

Tai chi is a meditative practice incorporating slow, stable moments coordinated with the breath to help facilitate a feeling of calm and well-being.The Tai Chi for Health Forms were developed by Dr. Paul Lam and are endorsed by the CDC, the National Arthritis Foundation and the National Council on Aging.


QiGong Infused Yoga 8 Week Series at PCCHH

Mondays 8:30-9:30am

1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16

Cost for series: $120 (Class size limited to 4)

Qi means “life energy” and gong, “benefits from persistent efforts.” The art of QiGong accomplishes change through physical exercise with a mental focus, to help move your mind through the body’s blocks and stagnation. QiGong integrated with yoga postures, breathing and meditation create a beautiful and intuitive combination designed to strengthen the body and create space in the mind. Semi-private setting allows for specialized attention.
