Private Yoga Therapy in Pittsburgh

The Pittsburgh Center for Complementary Health and Healing is now offering Yoga Therapy with internationally trained Lisa Clark, 500ERYT with Yoga Alliance, registered International Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist, and certified Teacher/ Practitioner of Body-Mind Centering.

Private Yoga Therapy uses a customized practice of yoga to bring a restored focus to the individual health and wellness of the client’s body, mind & spirit. It is suited for any individual to help manage a health condition, restore balance, increase vitality and renew a sense of well-being.

Yoga Therapy with Lisa Clark guides clients of any skill level to a much deeper place of personal growth and healing than a group yoga class. Each Yoga Therapy session is personalized and evolving, tailored to suit the needs of the individual.
