Fall is here, Yaaaayyy!! Unfortunately, cold and flu season is as well, but no worries mates I have a great essential oils recipe to help stave off those seasonal bugs. Just follow these simple steps:
For a hot bath add: 2 drops each of Thyme and Tea Tree
1 drop of Eucalyptus
3 drops of Lemon
For all day protection: massage the following around the chest, neck, and sinus area (forehead, nose, and cheekbones).*
1 drop of Lemon
2 drops of Eucalyptus
3 drops of Rosemary
*Diluted in 1 teaspoon of carrier oil such as jojoba, olive, sesame, grapeseed…
Also, feel free to ask me or any of the other therapists at PCCHH to customize a special aromatherapy blend for you to use in your massage!
If you are curious about using essential oils at home, you can find this and a plethora of other useful recipes for mind, body, and spirit in “The Complete Book of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy” by Valerie Ann Worwood available locally at Target, Wholefoods, and Barnes & Noble, or online at Amazon.com.
