Call us

There is a variety of relaxation music that floats through our space at the Pittsburgh Center for Complementary Health and Healing.  We all have different preferences and meaning behind our choice of music for massage. There are some therapists that are not phased by the music at all.  For me, music is a great deal. I like a variety, but I most certainly have some favorites that I know I can always fall back on for a session.  To find some peace at home, outside of a massage center or yoga studio, I suggest you spend a little bit of money on two music cds that seem to be a winning choice at The Pittsburgh Center for Complementary Health and Healing  between the therapists and the clients.  I am going to leave you with some information so you can easily take a look and a listen at what I am talking about.

Life In Balance (Steve & Ami Sciulli) creates a unique musical experience that combines Chakra tuned quartz crystal bowls, enhanced shakuhachi, synthesizers, and World flutes.  Life In Balance played live at The Pittsburgh Center for Complementary Health and Healing on our opening day. They are from  Oakmont, Pa, a town not too far from Pittsburgh.  The two cd suggestions that I have for you are "Crystal Bowl Meditation A vibrant Journey into Deep Meditative States" and "Deeper."  With no doubt, if you take the time to lie down and listen to these cds it will calm your nerves. It is a very helpful tool for my coworkers and I to bring us to a more relaxed and grounded state for sessions at the center.  I love thier music for this reason.  It is worth the small spending if you are looking for a stay-at-home remedy for tension melt away:)
Check out Steve and Ami's website at www.lifeinbalancemusic.com.  It will let you know more about other music selections that they have and locations to see them play live.  I hope you take me up on this advice, it's worth It!
