Join if you can and feel free to invite a friend as we meet at Frick Park for some outdoor Qigong on Friday, September 16th and October 14th at 11am!

Allow yourself 40 minutes for practice

Across from the Frick Mansion on Reynolds Street.

This is a standing practice that requires no props and there are nice flat areas and mature trees to practice under.

Qigong is the practice of working with our life energy through gentle movements, breath and visualization, encouraging awareness of our connection to the rhythms of nature. Our practice, based in Taoist Five Element Theory, highlights the dynamic relationship of Yin (cooling, inward, receptive) and Yang (warming, outward, expressive), to address stagnation in the body and mind with the goal of optimizing functionality.

There is no charge for this practice. If there is a cause you support, take the extra qi you cultivate and donate some time, talent or funds to that cause. We will work together to encourage kindness and compassion within ourselves and this wonderful world.

Have a beautiful day and I look forward to seeing you soon!

Respectfully,

Laura Budde
