Integrative coaching brings together energy healing, meditation, somatic processing, tools from applied neurology and much more. Each session is designed to meet you exactly where you're at. It is an engaging, dynamic, collaborative, and ever evolving approach to healing for clients looking to go beyond or complement traditional therapeutic approaches. The integrative coaching process includes a comprehensive assessment of the ways in which your body has responded to stress, emotion and experience, and to begin to rewire old patterns that are no longer necessary.
Experiencing in session and practicing simple and effective exercises can lead to improvements in the overall systemic functions of the body: relaxation, sleep, energy, balance and coordination, and physical comfort.

We recommend a minimum commitment of 8 sessions over the course of 4 months to establish a sustainable foundation for change. Weekly or bimonthly sessions are recommended. This work is progressive. It requires consistency and gentle home practice. You will be given strategies to self regulate and condition your unique nervous system at the pace that is right for you.
