Courtney Padrutt

Courtney has such a mindful approach. From the moment I walk in the door I know that she has a deep care for my well-being.

Courtney has always been called towards areas of healing and helping people. In her position as the Office Manager she taps into her love for communication and organization by ensuring that the client has what will most support them: a warm shoulder wrap upon arrival, booking another session, information on what our Massage Therapists and Energy Workers can offer, as well as lots of other administrative tasks that help the Center flow and the employees to be present for their sessions.

More than 20 years ago Courtney began pursuing information on alternative modes of healing, such as Reflexology, Iridology and Traditional Chinese Medicine. After years of studies, she found herself gravitating towards Daoist philosophy and practices, eventually deciding to pursue Martial Arts and Reiki. Through all of these experiences and teachings she has come to realize the importance of embodiment and having a dedicated energy practice.

Courtney has learned Reiki from two different Reiki Masters, where she pulls an array of wisdom and techniques into her sessions, alongside her own felt-sense of Reiki/Chi/Energy. She believes that we are all beings that are able to receive the healing energy of the universe, and as we go through life, many things flow and go, while other things get stuck with us. Reiki is one great way for us to tap into the flow of our energy, and to allow for more movement and opportunities.

Whether Courtney is in her position as Manager or in a Reiki session, her focus on bringing more peace of mind and gratitude is present. You will find Courtney around the office, organizing, scheduling and keeping the space sacred. You can also book a Reiki session with her. Her attention circles around making you feel safe, supported, cared for, and rooted in a deep knowing that healing energy is abundant and ready for you to receive.

Courtney senses the benefits of thoughtful communication and an intentional environment. She finds that happiness for her resides in the little moments, where she can offer something useful, make an experience more fulfilling, and assist others in walking towards their purpose and peace.

Alongside her professional career she is particularly fond of art. She likes to paint, sculpt, woodburn and collage. Her interests are in ancient philosophies that utilize symbolism, such as Jungian Psychology, Gnosticism, Qabalah, the Yijing, the Daodejing, the Chakras, Herbalism and Alchemy. She is currently practicing Martial Arts with a focus in Bagua Chung.
