After each session with Nikki I feel renewed, refreshed, and ready to meet my obstacles with a newfound strength. The massage sessions with Nikki rejuvenate and energize me for days on end. I can also feel my tension levels drastically reduce during the session! Nikki Remic, founder of the Pittsburgh Center for Complementary Health and Healing has been following her passion to educate, assist and empower individuals to take charge of their well-being since 1999. Nikki was first introduced to holistic living through her personal experience with Therapeutic Touch and her advanced training in Therapeutic Massage. The incredible transformation that she was able to see in her own health, as well as the health of her clients, inspired her enthusiasm to embrace a more conscious way of living. Fascinated by the body’s innate desire to be in balance, Nikki studied for years to obtain the level of Reiki Master. This journey led her to explore the body’s methods of communicating imbalance through illness, whether it be physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. Nikki has since deepened her awareness of the body’s healing potential through the study of Cellular Expansion and Healing where her experiences have shown her that there is no aspect of life that cannot benefit from the endless growth offered in a session. Nikki’s mission is to positively impact the lives of her clients so they develop the skills and awareness to become more conscious, vibrant, and healthy for the evolution of themselves and the world in which we live.
Understanding that a level of trust and connection is vital for clients to feel safe as they explore their own levels of healing, Nikki takes extra time to understand the individual goals and intentions of her clients prior to a hands-on session. This level of commitment and communication ensures that client’s individual needs are heard, providing them with the opportunity to open and receive the most from their session.
In her work, Nikki takes traditional massage to the next level by incorporating energetic healing into all of her sessions. By approaching the body in this way, clients are supported on more than just a physical level so that healing can happen at the root of the cause rather than just treating a symptom. During any massage Nikki will blend Energy work with many different massage techniques so that each session is tailored to meet the individual goals of her clients. In addition, Nikki has trained to specialize in working with clients living with cancer as well as those looking for a complementary approach to fertility.
For clients who desire health and balance and are not responding fully to traditional treatment as well as those seeking support for their personal growth and evolution, Nikki offers Cellular Expansion and Healing sessions. Nikki has seen such lasting results and transformation from this hands-on form of Energywork that it has become the main focus of her work. In addition to individual sessions, Nikki offers Combination Cellular Expansion and Massage Sessions. This provides clients with the ability to benefit from the deep transformation of stored patterns of holding while still receiving the physical relief that comes from Massage Therapy.
Nikki has also been expanding her hands on work with clients to include classes in embodied movement. She offers private & semi private yoga classes as well as group classes for yoga and Journey Dance.
