From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed and relaxed, the waiting area is lovely,the heated neck wrap was wonderful, the reiki session was just wonderful, it was so relaxing and comforting I did not want to leave!

Beth worked very intensely on an area of my back. She is amazing! I’ve been coming for years. Everyone is so professional. I feel like I’m getting the best care ever!

Probably best massage I've had ... or at least I can remember ... and I've had a lot in my lifetime. I wasn't too hot, I wasn't uncomfortable in anyway... the water mattress features is something I really wish was a standard practice now! It made a huge difference. They checked in just enough (I don't like to chit chat) and their pressure was spot-on. The room was perfectly low lit and quiet. If I lived in Pittsburgh, this would be my go-to place for sure!

When my massage therapist first mentioned the idea and procedure of Cellular Expansion to me, I was very skeptical. Although it sounded remarkably like the idea of particle physics, I still couldn’t understand how something like that could possibly work on the human body. At the time, I was under tremendous stress at work, and my stress level was elevated by the constant construction work being done in my building. It seemed that I couldn’t find peace and quiet anywhere. So I felt I had nothing to lose, and besides that, I have tremendous confidence in Nikki. Two days after the session, as I was working on the computer and listening to the sounds of hammers and buzz saws in the background, it suddenly occurred to me that I wasn’t getting all upset about the noise as usual. Instead, I found myself saying things out loud like, "Oh they must be trying to construct that one wall" or "Wow, it sounds like they’re having a lot of trouble with that flooring." I couldn’t believe that I wasn’t angry or even upset. That was enough proof for me that the cellular expansion session had begun to make a difference in my life.

I felt very cared for from the moment I walked in until I walked out the door. It was a perfect environment for the self care I needed.

It made me feel totally rejuvenated and my neck feels wonderful. I am looking forward to another session with her. She really focused on the areas that I needed worked on the most.

I felt like Diane actually knew what she was doing. I could tell a difference in the way my body felt after her massage and she seemed extremely proficient at knowing how to move my body.
